Thank you for supporting this cause and for putting the children first.

I feel very strongly that if we get these changes made it will benefit everyone involved and most importantly the children can be taken out of the middle of the conflict.

Our legal system needs to give "Equal Parenting" to BOTH parents after separation/divorce to protect the children's right to have both parents in their lives equally.

This concern has been ongoing for quite some time. I know it has been looked at in the senate, I hope the time has come where our elected leaders will DO something with regards to our children.... we need to start now !!!

It's time our Legal System began to put our children's welfare first.

Equal Parenting would for sure take the kids out of of the middle of things. As with now one parent with all the control, uses the kids to flex their control while the kids are being used at times in a pawn game.

I find it so disturbing to think that one parent can have the kind of control that can cause harm to a child for many years and it is time that the courts started looking at both sides and put the children first

Both parents should have equal access. A child needs both parents. Please....put the childs needs 1st.

Our Judicial system seems to make it too easy for an imature or unstable parent to make false allegations and use children as pawns in an unfair battle.

There's enough deadbeat parents out there, it's time to recognize the parents who do care and want to be there for their children.

I share my children with their father equal time since we were first separated. The kids like it because they get the best of both of us. You cherish your time with them more!

In a case where the children are alienated from one parent,the custodial parent should also be equally scrutinized. Very often it is the custodial parent who has a negative influence on the child towards the other parent
