There needs to be a change! It can't be that the mom automatically get rights to the child just because she gave birth to them it needs to be the parent that will benefit the well being of the child and in a lot of cases it's not the mom!

Given the incredible bias toward the parent with primary residence, equal, shared parenting should be the default and will be legislated in Canada eventually.
