Mr Wall, you have to take into account those soon to be un-employed sask. residents will be buying less gas, RVs, steak dinners, boats, clothes, etc, etc.

Disappointed with this decision. Typically agree with most moves by the Sask Party.
7905Geoff Buchanan
Having friends in the industry, I know it's importance. Don't get rid of a good thing.
7906Pat Ebbels
Be a leader in the political culture of Canada. Support the arts and artists.
7907Dan Cummins
I'm very disappointed by the move that the government is making.

we have to encourage business development in Saskatchewan not discourage it.
7909Michelle Lepage
I agree with several other petitioners with regards to decisions the government is doing

Film is an art form, a way to express yourself, it should be supported
7911Brenda Niskala
A "have" province should have a thriving film industry. This loss is huge.

Are you crazy. This tax credit has been a crucial support for creating a critical industry and supporting infrastructure.
7915Karl Dondlinger
This is truly a shame and a low blow to the community there. Hang tough my Regina friends and remember "the check is in the mail..."

7917Yvonne Sirdar
Keep our province full of culture, diversity and a future for young, creative minds - this is so much more important than the government has given the the time and credit towards.
7918John Sirdar
7919Darren Sutcliffe
I fail to understand this particular cut. Do you not make commercials? Why chase your taxation base (or a portion of it) away? It benefits residuals as well; food, lodging, gas, products, service. Please revisit this item.

If you want to ruin hundreds of people and their jobs, go ahead, but this is no different then stopping finding schools because you believe that teens are to insignificant to teach. Think about what you are doing.

It's a sad state of affairs when one day can wipe out an industry that took 20 years to build.

Why cut down and destroy a thriving industry with very gifted and skilled people??? You drawing in and attracting business from other countries. Why cut off that influx??? It is ridixulous and narrow minded.

The ripple effect of film dollars helps everyone in your province. Oil won't always be 100.00 plus a barrel, so it would be wise to develop and maintain other industries for the people of your province.
7935Ashley Pachkowksy
The Sask Party is sending a clear message to entertainers and artists, that we are not wanted here. I deeply hope that the government is not speaking for the people in this instance.
7936Will Yaworski
A sad decision for the arts and the people of our province, especially given the international successes of works such as Corner Gas, Mosque, and Wapos Bay.
7937Janice Schiman
There are so many benefits to having a vibrant arts and film industry in our province. Economically and culturally. The arts are what defines our humanity.
7938Glenn Szabo
Look at the big picture !
7939Jennifer
Anything I can do to help save such a beautiful thing.
7940Judy Werth
I am saddened by the recent information I have been given about ending this vibrant part of our provinces talent, knowledge and culture. Why when every other province acknowledges their arts and film industry people does our Prov. Govnt want to end ours.

I graduated from film school in Vancouver and came back here. I love my province dearly but I have to follow the industry. Don't make me choose between the place I love and the work I enjoy. Art shall not die here if I can help it.
