Canada needs to support the arts in all provinces. If they can cut funding in Saskatchewan, what's stopping them from cutting funding in other provinces?

4255Jessica Weber
Getting rid of the film industry is unacceptable and will result in a huge loss of Saskatchewan culture.
4256Sean Kirk
The film industry is an important part of any fully functioning province. The actions taken here are unfortunate, however I sincerely hope it can be reversed.

Yes, Premier Wall,
a real man has the ability to stand up tall and admit that he's wrong. Please reconsider the decision on this matter.

When did Dalton McGuinty start making decisions for Sask? Please don't tell me more like him exist with his tragic logic!

This is terrible, my auntie is a very valuable resource and needs to stay in Saskatchewan
4267nicolas zuck
we are suppose to be booming here in sask but i guess potash is more important than giving youth the option to grow.

Saskatchewan Party of Philistines - Goethe said "The Philistine not only ignores all conditions of life which are not his own but also demands that the rest of mankind should fashion its mode of existence after his own"

With so many jobs and investment at risk we can not afford to lose the film industry in this province. There is no real reason that can be given to justify such actions other then an ideological attack on the arts.

Resume the Saskatchewan Film Employment Tax Credit!
4275Spencer Mohr
Please keep the SFETC. I'm not professionally involved in the film industry. I;m a computer science major, but I love the arts, and I love movies. And I'm also a theatre minor. So any time that I can act on the side is wonderful.
4276Cathy Gobin
I can see no real reason to justify removing the arts in SK!
4277Tamara koshman
4278Pamela Klein
This is a very bad decision. Bringing people here for the film industry, helps other industries. Save the arts!!
4279Jolene Jahnke
Please reconsider the film tax credit. This decision impacts more than just the SK film community.
4280Janice Tuchscherer
As a teacher in Sask for 30 years I have encouraged students to pursue drama and other creative outlets... what a disappointment and loss that these talented youth will have to leave Saskatchewan to pursue their dreams! What a huge loss for our province!
4281Vivian Dean
4282Catlin Hogan
Stop killing the arts and stop killing jobs!
4283Stuart Golly
The film industry is no different than a lot of other businesses. A little support from the public government can go a long way to improving our entire economy. The Arts is a component that needs our collective support including our government.
4284Alf Zumpano
Please Sask Party, do the right thing and support the film industry. Sask. is open for business right, then show it. Do the right thing Brad.
4285Francis Cunningham
Short sighted decision that will have long term implications towards rebuilding the film industry in Saskatchewan
4286Riley Thiesen

We need this credit, our film industry in Saskatchewan depends on it!
4288Nate Powell
As a Saskatchewan resident I value the arts and would love to continue to see more funding
4289Elizabeth McNulty
Having lived all my life in Saskatchewan I have taken pride in the fact that we have had a productive film industry here that has brought our Province and people to the attention of the world.
4290Corey Morrissette
4291Mary Nordick
The arts, including the film industry, are part of what make life in Saskatchewan so great. Government must support culture.
4292Eric Taylor
Well, see ya later Saskatchewan if this goes through!

I don't live nor have I ever lived in Saskatchewan but film has always been a massive part of my life and I feel people's dreams will be cheated if this goes through. Governments continually trying to limit people's futures.
